📦 Shipping
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
- We ship via trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We hope you adore your purchase—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns must be initiated within 21 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage, including:
- No makeup stains
- No perfume or other scents
- No pet hair or signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items
- Accessories and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
How to Return:
- Use our return portal to get started
- Or use the contact page to provide us with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to ship the item back.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
💳 Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
🎁 Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please return your original item and place a new order.
